Terminal One's Social room is where you connect with the RWA trading community. Post market analysis, follow top performers, and engage in discussions—all while earning points for activity.

What is the Social Terminal?
The Social Terminal is Terminal One's built-in trading community. Think of it as a specialized social network designed for on-chain traders.
What you can do:
Post trade insights and market analysis
Follow traders whose perspectives you value
Comment on posts and join discussions
Share your profile and build reputation
Earn +5 T1 Points for every post
Your social activity appears in two places:
Your profile's Activity feed
The public Social timeline (visible to all users)
Accessing the Social Terminal
Step 1: Navigate to Social
From anywhere on Terminal One, click the Social tab in the left sidebar navigation.
The Social Terminal opens, showing:
Post button at the bottom
Home feed (posts from people you follow)
Explore (trending posts and suggested profiles)
Notifications (activity on your posts)
Messages (message other active traders)
Making Your First Post
Step 2: Click "Post"
Click the Post button at the top of the Social Terminal.
A composer window opens with the text prompt: "What's happening on-chain?"
Step 3: Write Your Post
Type your message in the text field.
Post types:
Text post — Market insights, analysis, opinions (up to 500 characters)
Image post — Charts, screenshots, visual analysis (click Image button)
Trade post — Share a specific trade you executed (click Trade button)
Example first post:
"First post from the Terminal. Active RWA trader focused on treasuries, credit, and commodities. Building transparent on-chain track record. Let's connect."
Step 4: Choose Post Type
Select the type of content you're sharing:
Text (default) Plain text updates, analysis, or commentary
Image Upload a chart, screenshot, or visual content
Trade Reference a specific trade from your history (auto-populates token details)
Step 5: Post to Terminal One
Click the Post button (bottom right) to publish.
Your post immediately appears:
In your profile's Activity feed
On the Social Terminal timeline
In your followers' Home feeds (if you have followers)
You earn +5 T1 Points for each post.
Your Social Feed
Home Tab
Shows posts from traders you follow, sorted by most recent.
What appears in Home:
Posts from people you follow
Their trade activity (if they have "Show trades" enabled)
Timestamps and engagement (likes, comments)
Empty state: If you don't follow anyone yet, you'll see "No posts yet. Follow traders to see their activity here."
Explore Tab
Discover trending posts and suggested profiles.
What appears in Explore:
Trending Posts This Week — Most engaged posts
Suggested Profiles — Top traders by follower count or recent activity
Most Followed — Community leaderboard
Use Explore to find traders in your focus area (e.g., Treasury traders, commodity specialists, etc.)
Notifications Tab
See all activity on your posts and profile.
Notifications include:
New followers
Comments on your posts
Likes/reactions (if enabled)
Mentions (@BananaRWA tagged you)
Engaging with Posts
Viewing a Post
Click any post to view the full thread with comments.
Post detail view shows:
Original post content
Poster's profile (username, display name, avatar)
Timestamp
Engagement options (comment, share, like)
All comments in chronological order
Commenting on Posts
Click Comment (or reply icon) below any post.
Type your response and click Reply to post.
Your comment appears:
Below the original post
In your Activity feed
In the original poster's Notifications

Following a Trader
To follow someone:
Click their username or avatar to view their profile
Click Follow button on their profile
Following unlocks:
Their posts appear in your Home feed
You see their trade activity (if public)
You get notifications when they post (optional)
Your follower count displays on your profile and contributes to your social reputation.
Messages
Direct message traders privately. Share insights, discuss strategies, or coordinate trades one-on-one.
Earning Points in Social
Every action in the Social Terminal earns T1 Points.
Points per action:
Post: +5 T1 Points
Trade: +10 T1 Points (earned on Execute tab, visible in Social if trades are public)
How points work:
Points accumulate in your profile
Displayed as "+$0 30D PnL" until trading volume generates cashback
Top point earners appear on leaderboards
Points convert to USDC cashback based on platform fee redistribution (20% of swap fees)
(EX. Include image of points display on profile: "0 Trades +$0 30D PnL")
Building Your Reputation
Reputation Signals
Your Social Terminal activity builds verifiable on-chain reputation:
Social Metrics:
Follower count
Post frequency and consistency
Engagement (comments, replies)
Community standing
Trading Metrics (linked to Social):
Total trades executed
Trading volume (USD)
Win rate (%)
30-day P&L
Why reputation matters:
Attract followers who value your insights
Build credibility for future features (copy trading, strategy monetization)
Earn recognition and top-performer bonuses
Establish yourself as a thought leader in RWA markets
Social Terminal Best Practices
Post Consistently
Recommended cadence:
2-3 posts per week minimum
Daily during high-activity periods (market volatility, major announcements)
Share both wins and learning experiences
What to post:
Trade rationale ("Why I bought X token today")
Market analysis ("Treasury yields moving—what it means for RWAs")
Lessons learned ("Mistake I made on this trade")
Questions ("What's everyone watching in credit markets?")
Engage Authentically
Quality over quantity:
Comment when you have something meaningful to add
Ask thoughtful questions
Share relevant data or experience
Challenge ideas respectfully
Avoid:
Generic comments ("Great post!")
Spam or self-promotion in comments
Negativity or unconstructive criticism
Follow Strategically
Build a focused network:
Follow traders in your asset classes (Treasuries, Credit, Commodities, etc.)
Follow top leaderboard performers
Follow traders whose analysis style you respect
Don't:
Follow-for-follow (follow people you actually want to learn from)
Follow indiscriminately (dilutes your Home feed)
Cross-Post to X
If you've linked your X (Twitter) account in your profile:
Share your Terminal One posts to X to build combined reputation across platforms.

FAQs
Can I edit a post after publishing?
No. This maintains integrity of on-chain discussions. Delete and repost if needed.
Can I make my profile private?
No. Profiles are public to enable reputation building. You can control trade visibility via "Show trades" toggle.
What if someone is spamming or being abusive?
Report the user via the report button on their profile (coming soon). For now, block or unfollow.
Can I tag other users in posts?
Yes. Use @ followed by their username (e.g., @BananaRWA). They'll receive a notification.
Do I earn points for comments?
Not yet. Currently only posts (+5 pts) and trades (+10 pts) earn points. Comment rewards coming soon.
